1987以来,我省消防部队以改革总揽全局,以实现“一年大变”为目标,围绕两个重点(消防监督规范化,部队管理正规化),狠抓了队伍管理教育工作,全面推行了干部岗位目标贲任制,加强了消防监督管理,广泛开展了分级达标训练,部队的军政素质有了明显提高,精神面貌发生了可喜变化,正规化建设有了较大进展,各项工作出现了年年向上走的好势头。
