班主任作为一个班级的管理者,在班级的日常组织和维护中起着至关重要的作用,并且对于学生的学习及成长承担着重要的责任。班级是学校组织中的基本单位,只有所有的班级都积极进步,才能使整个学校焕发活力。随着社会环境的发展,职高教育环境随之变化,学生群体的心理状态和学习特点较之以往也有所不同,这都为职高班主任的班级管理工作增加了难度。结合现状,分析职高班主任管理工作中存在的问题,并且针对存在的不足提出相关解决办法。
As a class manager, a class teacher plays a crucial role in the day-to-day organization and maintenance of a class and has an important responsibility for student learning and growth. Class is the basic unit of school organization, and only the progress of all classes are positive, in order to make the whole school rejuvenated. With the development of the social environment, the environment of vocational education changes with the change of the psychological status and learning characteristics of the student groups. All these have made it more difficult for the senior management to work in class management. Combined with the status quo, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of senior middle school teachers, and puts forward some solutions to the existing problems.
