目的了解广西化妆品微生物污染状况。方法按照卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》中规定的微生物检验方法。结果6年共检测化妆品1851份,检出超标样品46份,超标率为2.49%,带菌样品89份,带菌率为4.81%。其中企业委托送检的1517份样品中超标样品为14份,超标率为0.92%,带菌样品61份,带菌率为4.02%。监督抽检样品334份,超标样品32份,超标率为9.58%,带菌样品28份,带菌率为8.38%。结论各年度超标率和带菌率差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。监督抽检样品的超标率和带菌率高于委托送检样品的超标率和带菌率,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in Guangxi cosmetics. Methods According to the Ministry of Health “Cosmetic Hygiene Code” in the provisions of the microbiological test methods. Results A total of 1851 cosmetic samples were detected in 6 years. 46 samples with over-standard samples were detected, the over-standard rate was 2.49%, and 89 samples were taken with the carrier rate of 4.81%. Of the 1517 samples commissioned by the enterprise, 14 samples exceeded the standard, the rate of over-standard was 0.92%, and 61 samples of bacteria-carrying bacteria with the rate of 4.02%. Supervision and sampling of 334 samples, 32 samples exceeded the standard rate of 9.58%, 28 samples with bacteria, with a carrier rate of 8.38%. Conclusion The difference between the rate of over-standard and the rate of taking-in was statistically significant (P <0.005). The exceeding rate and carrying rate of the supervised sampling samples were higher than the exceeding rate and the carrying rate of the samples submitted for inspection, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.005).
