1970年 Arslan 和 Serafini 首次试用喉再造成功,即喉切除后将气管、咽吻合以形成新喉。由空气振动新喉口粘膜皱襞产生声音。新喉发出的音调低沉清晰具有方言特色,不必训练即可发声。如能拔除气管套管恢复口鼻呼吸不但可减少并发症也便于社交。我科自1978年到1983年5月为13例喉癌患者作了此种手术。术后呼吸发声、吞咽功能均得到恢复。
In 1970, Arslan and Serafini first tried to reconstruct the larynx successfully. After the laryngectomy, the trachea and pharyngeal anastomosis were performed to form a new larynx. The air oscillates as a result of the vibration of the new throat mucous membrane. The tone of the new larynx is deep and clear. It has dialect features and can be heard without training. If you can remove the tracheal tube to restore your nose and mouth breathing can not only reduce complications but also facilitate social. In our department, 13 cases of laryngeal cancer were treated with this procedure from 1978 to May 1983. Respiratory vocalization and swallowing function were all recovered after surgery.
