随着企业的不断发展壮大和市场竞争的日益激烈,物流在整个企业乃至整个市场经济中已经成为一个重要组成部分。物流中的供应商,从它的遴选到管理,在企业经营管理中是企业提升核心竞争力的战略砝码。本文将从企业层面的供应商重要性出发,对供应商的选择,以及管理中两种模式的比较进行了论述,倡导建立一种长期、稳定的“双赢”管理模式。
With the continuous development and expansion of enterprises and increasingly fierce market competition, logistics has become an important part of the entire enterprise and even the entire market economy. The supplier in logistics, from its selection to management, is the strategic weight for the company to enhance its core competitiveness in the management of the enterprise. This article starts with the importance of suppliers at the enterprise level, discusses the selection of suppliers, and the comparison of two modes of management, and advocates the establishment of a long-term, stable “win-win” management model.
