谢地认为,习近平总书记围绕国有经济改革与发展问题发表了一系列重要讲话,这些讲话深刻回答了中国国有经济的性质是什么、中国为什么会有国有经济、中国国有经济在经济社会发展中应该扮演什么角色以及如何扮演好其应该承担的角色等一系列根本性问题,是进一步深化国有经济改革,推进国有经济发展的理论指南和行动纲领。于金富指出,习近平总书记关于“抓住发展机遇期、突破改革深水区”的战略思想,既指出了我国经济发展所面临的良好机遇与主要风险,也确立了我国经济发展的战略目标与战略举措;既明确了当前中国改革已进入攻坚期和深水区,也提出了全面深化改革的关键环节在于政府改革。王厚双、关昊、张玉梅认为,习近平总书记全球经济治理战略的全面实施,必将对全球经济治理进程产生重大影响。张丹宁强调,今天中国所面临的国际国内经济形势及自身经济体量都决定了当下的改革需要更多的“创”。对于经济下行压力较大的辽宁省而言,如何依托大众创新来助推产业结构优化升级是一个重要的新课题。
