探讨小儿功能性消化不良的胃动力学改变。材料和方法:采用超声显象仪、胃肠电分析仪、血浆胃动素,测定了33例功能性消化不良小儿的胃动力学。结果:26例半排空时间显著延长,25例胃电节律异常。用普瑞博恩治疗后胃窦收缩频率由1.94±0.94增加到3.68±0.68次/分,收缩幅度由37.97±8.96增加到58.56±10.75mm,胃半排空时间由49.36±11.53缩短到26.36±8.01min。胃电节律紊乱均趋正常,参数离散好转。结论:胃运动功能障碍是小儿功能性消化不良主要发病机制之一。
To investigate the changes of gastric motility in children with functional dyspepsia. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The gastric motility of 33 cases with functional dyspepsia was determined by using ultrasound, gastrointestinal electrical analyzer and plasma motilin. Results: The time of half emptying was significantly prolonged in 26 cases and the abnormality of gastric electrical rhythm in 25 cases. The frequency of gastric antrum contraction increased from 1.94 ± 0.94 to 3.68 ± 0.68 beats / min, and the amplitude of contraction increased from 37.97 ± 8.96 to 58.56 ± 10 after treatment with Pregabalin. 75mm, gastric emptying time reduced from 49.36 ± 11.53 to 26.36 ± 8.01min. Stomach electrical rhythm disorders are normal, discrete parameters improved. Conclusion: Gastric motor dysfunction is one of the main pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia in children.
