自2000年《关于在中小学普及信息技术教育的通知》和《中小学信息技术课程指导纲要(试行)》两个重要文件发布开始,信息技术教育改革在全国开展起来。新一轮基础教育课程改革又为信息技术教育改革提供了宝贵的发展契机。《普通高中技术课程标准(实验)》(以下简称《标准》)的研制和颁布,就是在这个基础上进行的。《标准》广泛参照了全国信息技术教育改革实践经验,广泛听取了课程专家和一线教师的意见,既是因基础教育课程改革推动而产生的偶然,又是汇总、归纳信息技术教育实践而形成的必然。按照新课程标准所体现的理念革新信息技术教学则成为教材编写后最为重要的议题。任何课程改革最终都要体现在教学实践上,都表现为反思与革新教学实践。《标准》颁布后,本刊先后做了报道和专题讨论。为进一步体会和贯彻《标准》的理念,指导中小学信息技术教学改革,我们特别组织了本期专题。按照专家、教研员、教师的组合,邀请了李艺教授、段青老师、钟和军老师就信息技术教学进行了深入的对话和讨论。按照整理、学习、实践、反思的思路,整理出几种常见的信息技术教学模式。新理念下的信息技术教学如何进行,最终要体现在实实在在的教学实践上,最后选择了两个代表性案例,供读者借鉴。新课程标准理念下的信息技术教学,应该是一个全新的教学。我们希望广大教师敢于实践和研究,真正将信息技术教学推向一个更加符合时代发展要求的、满足学生需要的阶段。
Since the publication of the two important documents “Notice on Popularizing Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” and “Outline for Information Technology Curriculum in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)” in 2000, the reform of information technology education has been carried out throughout the country. The new round of basic education curriculum reform has provided valuable development opportunities for information technology education reform. The development and promulgation of the General High School Technical Curriculum Standards (Experimental) (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) is based on this. The “Standard” refers extensively to the practical experiences of the nation’s information technology education reform. It has extensively listened to the opinions of curriculum experts and front-line teachers. It is not only accidental due to the promotion of basic education curriculum reform, but also an inevitable result of the consolidation and induction of information technology education practice. . Innovating information technology teaching according to the concepts embodied in the new curriculum standards has become the most important topic after the compilation of teaching materials. Any curriculum reform must ultimately be reflected in the teaching practice. It should be reflected in the reflection and innovation of teaching practice. After the issuance of the “Standard”, the journal has made reports and special discussions. In order to further understand and implement the concept of “standards” and guide the reform of information technology teaching in primary and secondary schools, we specially organized the topic of this issue. In accordance with the combination of experts, teaching researchers, and teachers, Professor Li Yi, Duan Qing, and Zhong Hejun were invited to conduct in-depth dialogues and discussions on information technology teaching. According to the ideas of collation, study, practice, and reflection, several common information technology teaching modes were sorted out. How to carry out information technology teaching under the new concept should ultimately be reflected in practical teaching practice. Finally, two representative cases were selected for readers to use for reference. The information technology teaching under the concept of the new curriculum standard should be a brand-new teaching. We hope that the majority of teachers will dare to practice and study and really push information technology teaching to a stage that more meets the requirements of the development of the times and meets the needs of students.
