近年来研究表明,不同组织分泌的甲胎蛋白(AFP)由于糖基化过程的差异形成糖链结构的异质性,检测 AFP 异质体有助于原发性肝癌作出鉴别诊断与早期诊断。我们应用小扁豆凝集素和亲和交叉免疫电泳自显影法(LCA—Aff—ClEA)检测不同患者血清 AFP 异质体,以探讨其临床诊断意义。
In recent years, studies have shown that the alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) secreted by different tissues forms the heterogeneity of the sugar chain structure due to the difference in glycosylation process. Detection of AFP heterogeneity is helpful for differential diagnosis and early diagnosis of primary liver cancer. We used lentil lectin and affinity cross-electrophoresis autoradiography (LCA-Aff-ClEA) to detect serum AFP heterogeneity in different patients to explore its clinical diagnostic significance.
