电离辐射可引起机体一系列生物化学反应,染色体畸变率的增加是辐射效应最敏感的指标之一,有人称之为生物学剂量计。然而染色体的畸变并非电离辐射的特异性改变,某些物理、化学、生物学等因素对其也有影响。文献报道,因地区不同,自然环境不同正常人染色体也有所差异。为了解电离辐射引起X线工作者染色体的变化情况,我们对大连地区32名X线工作者进行了染色体分析,现将结果报道如下。
Ionizing radiation can cause a series of biochemical reactions. The increase of chromosome aberration rate is one of the most sensitive indicators of radiation effects. Some people call it a biological dosimeter. However, chromosome aberrations are not specific changes in ionizing radiation, and some physical, chemical, biological and other factors also affect it. Reported in the literature, due to different regions, the natural environment of different normal chromosomes are also different. To understand the X-ray workers caused by ionizing radiation changes in chromosomes, we conducted a chromosome analysis of 32 X-ray workers in Dalian, the results are reported below.
