近几年公共财政在医疗卫生上增加了投入,医院通过加强国有资产管理,能够实现国有资产的增值保值。而预算管理是医院国有资产管理中的重要内容,随着医院预算管理改革的深入推进,也增加了风险隐患,对此医院方面必须提起重视,及时采取有效措施防范风险,为国有资产的安全提供保障。本文分析了医院国有资产预算管理中的风险,并提出了行之有效的对策。
