目的 :观察槟榔水煎剂对大鼠膀胱逼尿肌肌条收缩活动的影响并探讨可能的作用机理。方法 :将肌条置于离体平滑肌灌流肌槽内 ,用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果 :槟榔剂量依赖性增加肌条的张力和收缩波平均振幅 ,对频率无影响。异搏定和阿托品可阻断槟榔的兴奋作用 ;六烃季胺 ,酚妥拉明和消炎痛可部分阻断槟榔增高肌条张力的效应 ,但不影响收缩波平均振幅。结论 :槟榔兴奋大鼠逼尿肌肌条的作用经由胆碱能M受体和细胞膜L型Ca2 +通道发挥作用 ,部分作用也可能同胆碱能N受体 ,肾上腺素能α受体和前列腺素的合成有关
Objective: To observe the effect of betel nut decoction on contractile activity of rat bladder detrusor muscle strips and explore the possible mechanism. Methods: The muscle strips were placed in the perfused muscle muscles of the isolated muscles. The contraction of muscle strips was recorded with a physiological recorder. RESULTS: Betel nut dose-dependently increased muscle strip tension and mean amplitude of contraction wave and had no effect on frequency. Versovudine and atropine can block the excitatory effects of betel nut; hexahydrocarbamate, phentolamine and indomethacin can partially block the effect of betel nut increase in muscle strip tension, but does not affect the average amplitude of contraction wave.
