混合添加剂对生物油稳定性的影响

首先考察在添加剂质量分数为4%时,乙醇与丙烯酸甲酯质量比(简称配比)分别为10∶1、5∶1、2.5∶1、1∶1、1∶2.5、1∶5、1∶10时混合添加剂对生物油稳定性的影响,发现混合添加剂的较佳配比为1∶1.之后,通过向生物油中分别加入质量分数为4%、8%、12%、16%、20%的配比为1∶1的混合添加剂,考察生物油在25℃条件下储存42 d的理化性质变化规律,研究在较佳配比下不同质量分数混合添加剂对生物油稳定性的影响.结果表明,在混合添加剂的配比为l∶1,添加质量分数为12%,未储存时,含添加剂的生物油的运动粘度为9.52 mm2/s,是空白组(17.40 mm2/s)的54.71%;储存42 d后,含添加剂的生物油运动粘度为11.01 mm2/s,其储存过程中运动粘度的上升速率(0.0355 mm2/(s·d))为空白组生物油运动粘度上升速率(0.0820 mm2/(s·d))的43.30%,说明混合添加剂能显著提高生物油的储存稳定性.气相色谱-质谱联用及傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明:生物油中羧基聚合物,烷烃及酮、醛、羧酸的含量较高,储存后参与老化反应消失的物质主要归属于苯酚类、羧酸类、醇类及酮类4类.
