目的考察益智醇提取物体外抗炎抗氧化活性以及改善小鼠认知状况的能力。方法以益智醇提取物为实验对象,采用小鼠足肿胀、腹腔注射醋酸致毛细血管通透性改变等实验,并检测小鼠致炎部位前列腺素E2含量和肝匀浆中丙二醛含量,来评估益智醇提取物的抗炎抗氧化活性。采用Morris水迷宫法,检测益智提取物对于阿尔兹海默病(AD)模型小鼠认知状况改善能力。结果益智醇提取物在小鼠足肿胀实验及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性改变实验中表现出和阿司匹林接近的抗炎活性,其对小鼠后足肿胀抑制率达到61.60%,炎症组织中致炎因子含量对比于对照组表现出显著抑制情况(P<0.01)。益智醇提取物在小鼠脂质过氧化反应实验中也表现出较好的抗氧化活性,抑制率达到32.50%,效果接近维生素C。水迷宫实验结果显示益智提取物能够改善AD模型小鼠认知状况,且效果和多奈哌齐效果接近。结论益智提取物表现出良好的抗炎抗氧化以及改善小鼠认知状况活性。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activity of Pu-Chi extract in vitro and its ability to improve the cognitive status of mice. Methods Experiments were conducted on the experimental animals with Puchi extract, foot swelling in mice and changes of permeability of capillary induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid. The content of prostaglandin E2 in the inflammation site and the content of malondialdehyde , To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activity of the psyllium extract. Morris water maze method was used to test the effect of the puzzle extract on improving the cognitive status of mice with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Results Puccinacal extract showed anti-inflammatory activity close to that of aspirin in mouse foot swelling test and acetic acid-induced changes of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice. The inhibitory rate of Puccinolol on mouse hind paw swelling reached 61.60% and inflammation The levels of inflammatory cytokines in the control group showed significant inhibition (P <0.01). Puccinolol extract also showed good antioxidant activity in mice lipid peroxidation experiments, the inhibition rate reached 32.50%, the effect is close to vitamin C. Water maze test results show that the puzzle extract can improve the cognitive status of AD model mice, and the effect and donepezil effect close. Conclusion Puchi extract showed good anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activity and cognitive activity in mice.
