目前广泛采用以机械仿型原理为基础的凸轮轴磨床,进行凸轮轴凸轮廓形的精加工。保证该精加工工序的精度,通常为制造凸轮轴的关键问题。为了保证和提高凸轮廓形的磨削精度,本文进行了如下工作:(1)采用工艺精度的单因素分析计算法,系统地分析了该类机床磨削凸轮廓形时,机床仿型机构参数精度、靠模凸轮精度、机床几何精度、砂轮直径允许变动范围等误差因素,引起凸轮廓形误差的规律性,提出了计算公式。(2)提出了各种误差因素综合作用的计算公式。(3)定性分析了磨削过程中工艺系统受力的特点,及加工后凸轮廓形出现“左高右低”误差的原因。(4)提出了研究结论。上述分析计算方法和基本公式,对于分析该类机床加工的精度问题,具有通用性。
