从胶树流出来的新鲜胶乳如不作适当处理,一般经过6—12小时就会产生明显的腐败现象。胶乳体系的腐败过程是同细菌的活动休戚相关的。据研究指出,由于细菌的污染,刚从胶树流出来的胶乳,每毫升胶乳含菌量可达8×10~6个。当含菌量达到1×10~9个时,胶乳即发生凝固。因此,新鲜胶乳细菌含量的多少及其繁殖速度的快慢,便成为胶乳保存时间长短的决定因素。
Fresh latex from the gum tree, if not properly handled, usually after 6-12 hours will produce significant corruption. The corrosive process of latex system is related to the activity of bacteria. According to the study, due to bacterial contamination, the latex just emerging from the gum tree contains up to 8 × 10 6 bacteria per milliliter of latex. When the amount of bacteria reached 1 × 10 ~ 9, the latex coagulation occurs. Therefore, the amount of fresh latex bacteria content and the speed of its propagation speed, has become the decisive factor in the length of the latex preservation.
