根据过磷酸钙的生产现状,在合理配矿的条件下,按照过磷酸钙厂家的技术指标,通过工艺计算,分析了中低品位磷矿生产过磷酸钙的技术可行性;并以磷矿品位为w(P_2O_5)24%为例,分析了中低品位磷矿生产过磷酸钙的经济可行性。分析结果表明,利用中低品位磷矿生产过磷酸钙技术经济指标良好,具有一定的产品优势。
According to the production status of superphosphate, the technical feasibility of producing superphosphate in medium and low grade phosphate rock was analyzed by technological calculation according to the technical indicators of superphosphate manufacturer under the condition of reasonable allocation of ore. Taking w (P_2O_5) 24% as an example, the economic feasibility of producing superphosphate from medium and low grade phosphate rock was analyzed. The analysis results show that the use of low-grade phosphate rock production of calcium superphosphate technical and economic indicators are good, with a certain product advantages.
