运用2006-2011年我国省级面板数据,采用动态面板数据模型就我国城市体系规模结构对城市土地集约利用水平的影响进行了实证检验。结果显示:随着城市体系规模结构的集中程度不断提高,城市土地集约利用的总体水平呈现“倒U型”变化,即结构相对协调的城市体系与过度分散或过度集中的城市体系相比,其土地集约利用水平更高;随着城市化率的提高,城市体系结构的集中程度与土地集约利用水平之间的“倒U型”关系会被进一步强化。认为在结构上过度分散或过度集中的城市化战略都不利于城市土地集约利用,大、中、小城市协调发展的城市化路径能够更有效地提高一个地区总体的城市土地集约利用水平。
Using the data of provincial panel in China from 2006 to 2011, we use the dynamic panel data model to test the impact of the scale structure of urban system on the intensive use of urban land. The results show that with the increasing degree of concentration of the scale structure of urban system, the overall level of intensive urban land use changes “inverted U-shaped”, that is, the relatively coordinated structure of urban system compared with the over-dispersed or over-centralized urban system , With a higher level of intensive land use. With the increase of urbanization rate, the “inverted U-shaped” relationship between the concentration of urban architecture and the level of intensive land use will be further strengthened. It is considered that urbanization strategies that are excessively decentralized or overly concentrated in structure are not conducive to the intensive use of urban land. The urbanization path for the coordinated development of large, medium and small cities can effectively enhance the overall intensive use of urban land in a region.
