目的对一起沙门菌引起的食物中毒进行病原菌检测及溯源分型分析。方法常规分离沙门菌,对分离到的肠炎沙门菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型。结果 14名食物中毒学生标本检出肠炎沙门菌4株;57名食堂工作人员肛拭标本检出肠炎沙门菌6株、纽波特沙门菌1株;9份冷冻预包装食品中检出肠炎沙门菌1株。对11株肠炎沙门菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分型,学生、食堂工作人员检出的10株菌株PFGE条带完全一致,与1份冷冻预包装食品中检出的肠炎沙门菌的PFGE聚类分析的同源性为86%。结论这起食物中毒是由肠炎沙门菌引起,通过PFGE分型分析,本次食物中毒与预包装食品肠炎沙门菌污染无关联。PFGE可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究。
Objective To detect pathogenic bacteria and traceable genotypes of food poisoning caused by Salmonella. Methods Salmonella was isolated routinely and pulsed gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was performed on isolated S. Enteritidis. Results 14 samples of food poisoning were detected in Salmonella enteritidis 4 strains; 57 canteens staff swab samples were detected Salmonella enteritidis 6, Salmonella Newport 1 strains; 9 cold pre-packaged foods detected in Salmonella enterica 1 strain Of 11 strains of Salmonella enteritidis pulsed-field gel electrophoresis typing, students, canteens staff detected 10 strains of PFGE strip exactly the same, and a frozen prepackaged food detected Salmonella enteritidis PFGE cluster The homology of analysis was 86%. Conclusion This food poisoning is caused by Salmonella enteritidis. According to the PFGE typing analysis, this food poisoning is not related to the contamination of pre-packaged Salmonella enteritidis. PFGE can be effectively used in food poisoning traceability analysis and molecular epidemiology.
