中药膜技术的“绿色制造”特征、国家战略需求及其关键科学问题与应对策略

中医药是我国具有原创优势的科技领域,中医药继承创新研究已被提升为国家科技战略。膜技术适应中药药效物质整体、多元特征的优势,可充分实现中药资源的核心价值;并具高效、节能、无污染等特点。中医药膜科技具有重大国家科技战略需求,是我国中药制药工业亟需推广的高新技术。紧密围绕膜技术在中药制药工业的产业化应用,对所开展的中药绿色制造关键技术研究——“基于膜过程的中药制药分离工程技术体系与应用”进行概述,针对中药工业生产中制剂前处理环节存在的生产效率低、药材利用率低、能耗大、污染高、灭菌效率低等共性问题,基于中成药生产过程特点、工程原理和规律,以膜科学技术为核心,通过构建“中药溶液环境”科学假说,引进复杂系统科学原理,建立基于计算机化学方法的中药膜传质过程研究方法;针对中药膜技术工程化应用瓶颈,构建面向中药物料的“膜过程优化”技术集成等策略,开展中成药生产中节能、降耗、减排、工艺优化等关键技术与装备的研发,形成基于膜过程的具有自主知识产权的中药绿色制造系列关键共性技术,建立符合中药特点的环境友好生产线,实现了中药工业生产中制剂前处理“提取、精制、浓缩”等环节的高效、环保、稳定与智能控制。中药膜技术以水为基本溶剂,可保留中医传统用药特色,所研制的膜技术及其成套设备已推广至全国29个省市,产生了显著的社会和经济效益。膜技术完全符合建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,以及循环经济的发展思路,是名副其实的中药绿色制造关键技术,对推动我国中药制药行业的技术进步,提升劳动生产率和资源利用率具有重要作用,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 Chinese medicine is a science and technology field with original advantages in our country.
