目的 :探讨肾积水肾切除原因及如何降低切肾率。方法 :回顾性分析自 1983～ 1998年 6月手术治疗肾积水 45 3例临床资料。结果 :45 3例肾积水病例中行肾切除 41例 ,占 9 0 5 %。结论 :分析肾积水切肾原因 ,掌握以下几点可降低切肾率 ;①严格掌握肾积水切肾指征 ;②手术时应尽可能取尽结石 ,减少残留结石 ;③避免手术时肾脏大出血 ;④加强手术前后抗感染治疗
Objective: To investigate the causes of nephrectomy and how to reduce the rate of nephrectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 453 cases of hydronephrosis treated surgically from 1983 to June 1998 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 45 cases of nephrectomy were performed in 453 cases, accounting for 95%. Conclusion: To analyze the causes of hydronephrectomy, the following points can reduce the rate of renal allograft; ① strict grasp of renal hydronephrectomy indications; ② surgery should try its best to remove stones and reduce residual stones; ③ to avoid the operation of the kidneys Bleeding; ④ strengthen anti-infective treatment before and after surgery
