目的研究牛角瓜果提取物体外抑菌活性,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用纸片扩散法,对牛角瓜果的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和甲醇等4种溶剂提取物体外抑菌活性进行实验室研究。结果牛角瓜果的石油醚提取物浓度为100 mg/ml,对13种试验菌中的8种菌(含真菌和细菌)的抑菌环直径为7.12~12.83 mm。牛角瓜果乙酸乙酯提取物抑菌作用较石油醚提取物弱,其他试剂的提取物基本无抑菌作用。结论牛角瓜果的石油醚提取物具有一定抑菌作用,但总体上抑菌效果较弱。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of the horn melon extract in vitro and provide a scientific basis for its practical application. Methods The bacteriostatic activity of 4 solvent extracts of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform and methanol from horn melon fruits in laboratory was studied by disk diffusion method. Results The concentration of petroleum ether extract of melon fruits was 100 mg / ml, and the diameter of bacteriostatic rings of the eight kinds of bacteria (including fungi and bacteria) of 13 kinds of test bacteria was 7.12-12.83 mm. Horn-melon fruit extract has the weaker antibacterial effect than petroleum ether extract, and the rest of the extracts have no antibacterial activity. Conclusion The petroleum ether extract of hornfruit fruits has certain bacteriostatic effect, but the overall bacteriostatic effect is weak.
