高校体育专业学生就业难的主要原因来自于社会针对体育专业学生的就业环境不利、专业不对口等因素,也包括了体育专业学生自身能力与社会需求的匹配问题。合理优化课程结构,完善教学方法与考评体系建设,提高学生心理素质,调配政府应对措施,是高校体育专业学生应对就业困境的对策。
The main reasons for the difficulty in obtaining employment of students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities come from such factors as the unfavorable employment environment for students majoring in physical education and the mismatch of professions, as well as the match between the students’ ability of physical education and their social needs. Rationally optimizing the course structure, improving the teaching methods and evaluation system, improving students’ psychological quality, and allocating government response measures are the countermeasures for college PE majors in coping with the predicament of employment.
