测量100侧(50例)颅骨的筛上颌窦板的高度、筛上颌窦板上缘至后筛顶的高度。鼻前棘至后筛顶后缘的距离及角度,观察中鼻甲的走行及附着,筛骨水平板的形态及后筛窦的分度及变异,为临床手术提供了一定的解剖学依据。应用显微镜从上颌窦、鼻内进路行颌筛根治术25例,术后筛窦腔宽敞光滑,引流通畅。75%患者嗅觉有不同程度恢复,94%患者头痛头昏症状好转,未发现严重的手术并发症。
