大连理工大学微系统研究中心开发了用于聚合物微结构制作的RYJ-Ⅱ型热压设备,该型设备温度、压力的控制范围大,适用于绝大多数聚合物材料微结构的制作。RYJ-Ⅱ型设备主体采用封闭的四立柱结构,通过双电机分别驱动螺旋升降机实现运动与加压。在机械结构的设计上采取了措施,保证了上、下热压头热压表面之间平行。提供了可供扩展的密封腔体,能够起到隔热作用并便于实现真空。本文主要对其结构设计进行了研究,具体介绍了该设备结构设计的特点。
The Microsystem Research Center of Dalian University of Technology has developed RYJ-Ⅱ hot pressing equipment for making polymer microstructures. The temperature and pressure control range of this equipment is very large and it is suitable for the fabrication of most microstructures of polymer materials. RYJ-Ⅱ-type device uses a closed four-column structure of the main body, respectively, driven by a dual-motor screw lift movement and pressure. In the design of the mechanical structure to take measures to ensure that the hot pressing surface of the upper and lower parallel between the hot surface. A sealed, expandable chamber is provided to provide thermal insulation and facilitate vacuum. This paper mainly studies its structure design, and introduces the characteristics of the structure design of the equipment in detail.
