人事档案是为了更好的管理和利用人才所制定的,记录着人才相关信息的重要资料,对人事档案进行有效的管理是企业选举贤能的重要手段。我们知道,任何单位的发展都离不开人才,不管是企业还是事业单位,大型还是小型,只要是涉及到人事,它都需要人才来对其进行支撑。因此,加强人事档案工作不但是每个单位发现人才的主要手段,还是企业和事业单位发展的重要前提。本文主要对当前人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,尤其对团员档案、团员档案管理中存在的问题进行了研究与分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Personnel files are designed for better management and use of human resources, recording important information about personnel information, and effective management of personnel files is an important means of business intelligence. We know that the development of any unit is inseparable from the talent, whether business or institution, large or small, as long as it involves personnel, it needs talent to support it. Therefore, strengthening the work of personnel files is not only the main means of discovering talent in every unit, but also an important prerequisite for the development of enterprises and public institutions. This paper mainly studies the existing problems in the personnel file management, especially the problems existing in the file management of the member files and members’ files, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
