本文提出了在碱性溶液中以CaCO_3-Fe(OH)_3共沉淀富集或用50%乙酰丙酮-氯仿(pH5~6)萃取铝基体进行分离,并以丁醇-氯仿(1+4)为溶剂在0.25NNaOH介质中用GBHA为显色刺萃取光度测定铝中微量钙的方法。富集回收率达85~90%,显色萃取率近90%。当确定GBHA浓度为0.06%、两相体积各为10毫升、以2公分皿、555nm波长测定吸光度时,测得表观克分子吸收系数为12000~15000,对0~10微克钙线性关系良好。本文对GBHA法测定钙的萃取溶剂作了选择,对本法的灵敏度、准确性有所改善。
In this paper, we propose a method for the separation of aluminum matrix with CaCO_3-Fe (OH) 3 coprecipitation in alkaline solution or the extraction of aluminum matrix with 50% acetylacetone-chloroform (pH5 ~ 6) As a solvent in 0.25NNaOH media with GBHA as color prick extraction spectrophotometric determination of trace calcium in aluminum. In this paper, GBHA method for the determination of calcium extraction solvent has been selected, the sensitivity and accuracy of this Law has been improved.
