对企业而言,在涉及其长远发展战略的内部控制问题中,一项重要的内容就是人力资源管理。在公司组织形式经历不断调整的新经济背景下,更加需要加强对企业员工的管理和创新人力资源管理模式,以更好地促进企业效益的提高。本文针对新时期企业在人力资源管理工作中的现实状况和存在问题,进行了深入的分析探讨,并提出了一些有效的创新管理措施。
For the enterprise, one of the important contents of the internal control issues concerning its long-term development strategy is human resources management. Under the new economic background that the organizational form of a company undergoes constant adjustment, it is even more necessary to strengthen the management of its employees and innovate its human resources management mode in order to better promote the improvement of the enterprise’s efficiency. In this paper, according to the actual situation and existing problems of the enterprise in the human resource management in the new period, this article conducts in-depth analysis and discussion, and puts forward some effective innovative management measures.
