高中生物教学中,总会出现一些后进生,生物成绩上不去。通过进一步调查研究后发现,后进生中的绝大多数智力并不差,可见决定后进生的因素往往是非智力因素。要提高学生学习的成绩,不仅需要学生的注意力、观察力、记忆力、思维力和想象力等智力因素的积极参与,也需要习惯、情感、兴趣、意志和性格等非智力因素的积极参与。智力因素和非智力因素对学生获取学习的成功都是不可缺少的。因此,要想大面积提高生物教学质量,取得事半功倍的效果,必须注重学生非智力因素的开发。
Biology teaching in high school, there will always be a number of post-graduated students, not to improve the biological performance. Through further investigation and study found that the vast majority of intellectuals in post-graduation is not bad, we can see the decision-making factors are often non-intellectual factors. To improve students ’academic performance not only requires the active participation of students’ attention, observation, memory, thinking and imagination, but also the active participation of non-intellectual factors such as habits, emotions, interests, will and personality. Both intellectual and non-intellectual factors are indispensable to students’ success in learning. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of biological teaching in a large area and achieve a multiplier effect, we must pay attention to the development of students’ non-intelligence factors.
