本文用~3H-TdR 及~(14)C-UR 参入人淋巴细胞的双标记法,观察了转化细胞DNA 及RNA 的合成能力,发现恶性肿瘤病人淋巴细胞的参入计数明显低于正常人,表明恶性肿瘤病人转化细胞的DNA 及RNA 合成能力降低;虚症病人在治疗后淋巴细胞的参入计数显著高于正常人,表明虚症病人在康复中转化细胞的DNA 及RNA 合成能力增强;萎缩性胃炎病人在治疗后转化细胞的DNA 及RNA合成能力有一定的改善.实验证明用~3H-TdR 及~(14)C-UR 双标记法,是测定淋巴细胞免疫功能的一个较好方法,在临床医学中具有重要的实用价值.
