把市售的生猪小肠或膀胱,仔细地除去油脂等(不可弄破)反复用水清洗,然后吹入空气,扎紧口子,让其慢慢风干,即可进行渗析实验。实验过后,应清洗风干,以便反复使用。如肠衣或膀胱膜保护不周,引起发霉,可用清水反复清洗,再让其风干,仍可使用。
