高校思想政治教育在人才培养系统中日益受到重视,党中央在《中国共产党章程》和《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》中对学生党员队伍建设提出了明确的要求。高职类大学生党员群体是大学生党员群体中重要的组成部分,如何建设好高职类大学生党员队伍,是党建工作不可回避的话题。从高职类大学生党员自身的特点入手,结合《论共产党员的修养》一文,从学习马列主义树立无产阶级立场、发挥专业优势保持与人民群众的血肉联系和依靠正确的方法引导克服思想意识多元化三个方面,对高职类大学生党员队伍建设进行探讨。
