目的 本文将对5—Fu和DDP的放疗增敏作用对心脏的损伤进行探讨。方法 本实验将48只Wister大白鼠随机分成四组:空白组,单照组,单化组,放化组,采用~(60)Coγ射线照射,照射野为全心脏,550cGy/次,共5次,每日1次,化疗组:于W_1、W_3、W_5腹腔注射DDP6mg/kg,5—Fu150mg/kg,放化组经上述处理后,30min后放疗,照射后分别于1个月,6个月取材,经形态学分析,统计学处理。结果 早期四组间经Q检验后,单放组与放化组无显著性差异(P>0.05);单化组与放化组有极显著性差异(P<0.01);晚期四组间经Q检验后,放化组均与单放组、化疗组有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 DDP和5—Fu的放疗增敏作用在早期对心脏损伤无明显影响,而在晚期则有显著影响,即损伤加重。
