在多民族统一的我国,幼儿园开发利用少数民族文化课程资源对于少数民族文化的文化传承、和谐社会的构建、儿童与教师发展具有深远意义,本文针对幼儿园在开发利用少数民族文化课程资源过程中存在的教师意识薄弱、能力不足,开发内容单一、深度不够以及缺乏外部支持等问题提出进行园本培训、充分利用幼儿园内外人力、物力与财力挖掘开发利用少数民族文化课程资源的广度和深度等策略。
In the multi-ethnic unity of our country, the development and utilization of ethnic minority curriculum resources in kindergartens have far-reaching significance for the cultural inheritance of minority cultures, the construction of a harmonious society, and the development of children and teachers. In this paper, kindergartens exist in the process of exploiting and utilizing minority culture course resources Such as weak teachers’ awareness, lack of capacity, single development content, insufficient depth and lack of external support, make full use of the strategy of exploiting the breadth and depth of ethnic minority cultural curriculum resources by tapping the human, material and financial resources inside and outside kindergartens.
