研究了酒曲对堆肥腐熟速度的影响,并分析了酒曲中起主导作用的微生物种类。结果表明,牛粪堆肥中加入酒曲可促进堆体快速升温,酒曲添加量越大,升温越快,添加1 g/kg酒曲,可使高温期(>50℃)延长3~4 d,30 d后堆肥达到腐熟,白菜种子发芽指数为86%,而不添加酒曲的堆肥为基本腐熟,种子发芽指数为52%。表明向堆肥中接入酒曲可加快堆肥腐熟进程,缩短堆肥周期。酒曲中主要微生物种类为细菌、酵母菌和霉菌,其中细菌和霉菌对堆肥快速腐熟起到了主导作用。
The effect of koji on the compost speed of composting was studied, and the types of microorganisms that played a leading role in koji were analyzed. The results showed that the addition of koji starter to cattle manure could promote the rapid warming of the reactor. The higher the koji addition, the faster the temperature rise. Adding 1 g / kg koji yeast could prolong the high temperature period (> 50 ℃) for 3 ~ 4 d and 30 d Compost reached composting, germination index of cabbage seeds was 86%, while the composting without adding koji was basically decomposed, the seed germination index was 52%. The results showed that the access to the compost could improve the maturity of composting and shorten the compost cycle. The main types of microbes in koji are bacteria, yeasts and molds, of which bacteria and molds play a leading role in the rapid composting of compost.
