我国加入世界贸易组织后,外商纷纷抢摊我国零售市场,使我国零售业既面临严峻的挑战,又拥有巨大的发展机遇。外商在经营现念、技术手段、经营规模、商品价格和人力资源方面具有明显的竞争优势。为此,我国零售业的发展战略为:继续推广和完善连锁经营;大力发展特许经营;组建具有中国特色的综合商社;重新进行市场定位,创新经营特色;发展电子商务,为零售业开辟更为广阔的发展空间。
After China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, foreign investors have to grab the retail market in China, so that our retail industry faces both severe challenges and huge development opportunities. Foreign investors have obvious competitive advantages in managing ideas, technology, scale of operation, commodity prices and human resources. To this end, the development strategy of China’s retail industry is: continue to promote and perfect the chain operation; vigorously develop the franchising business; set up a comprehensive trading company with Chinese characteristics; re-market the market and innovate its management features; develop e-commerce and open up more retail businesses Broad space for development.
