肺癌是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。其发病率及死亡率在某些地区有逐年上升的趋势。近年来,其治疗效果无多大改善,主要原因为肺癌的早期诊断率较低,确诊肺癌时,70～80&患者已失去根治性切除的时机。我院从1985年10月至1994年12月对36例肺癌病人进行手术治疗,取得了较为满意的近期疗效。现就其早期诊断及手术方法进行探讨。
Lung cancer is one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health. Its morbidity and mortality have been increasing year by year in some areas. In recent years, its treatment effect is not much improved, mainly due to the low rate of early diagnosis of lung cancer, diagnosis of lung cancer, 70 ~ 80 & patients have lost the chance of radical resection. Our hospital from October 1985 to December 1994 on 36 cases of lung cancer patients underwent surgery, and achieved satisfactory results in the near future. Now on its early diagnosis and surgical methods to explore.
