目的应用高频超声射频数据处理技术(ultrasound radio frequency data technology,RF-data)研究甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者颈动脉弹性,评价甲减患者颈动脉的受损情况。方法 51例甲减患者作为甲减组,选取年龄及性别与甲减组匹配的健康志愿者48例作为对照组。采用高频超声射频数据处理技术对其颈动脉弹性参数,包括扩张系数(DC)、顺应系数(CC)、僵硬度指标(β)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)进行评估。结果甲减组DC、CC、β、PWV分别为(0.021±0.0101)(1/k Pa)、(0.96±0.36)mm2/k Pa、(7.11±1.25)、(5.91±1.03)m/s,对照组DC、CC、β、PWV分别为(0.024±0.013)(1/k Pa)、(1.29±0.41)mm2/k Pa、(5.9±1.91)、(5.39±0.92)m/s,甲减组DC、CC低于对照组,β、PWV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲减患者颈动脉弹性减低,颈动脉功能受到损害。
Objective To study the carotid elasticity of patients with hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) by using high frequency ultrasound radio frequency data processing (RF-data) to evaluate the carotid artery damage in patients with hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 51 patients with hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism were selected as hypothyroidism group and 48 healthy volunteers matched for age and sex and hypothyroidism group were selected as control group. The carotid artery elasticity parameters, including dilation coefficient (DC), compliance coefficient (CC), stiffness index (β) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) were evaluated by high frequency ultrasound radio frequency data processing. Results The values of DC, CC, β and PWV in the hypothyroidism group were (0.021 ± 0.0101) (1 / kPa), (0.96 ± 0.36) mm2 / kPa, (7.11 ± 1.25) and (5.91 ± 1.03) m / The levels of DC, CC, β and PWV in control group were (0.024 ± 0.013) (1 / kPa), (1.29 ± 0.41) mm2 / kPa, 5.9 ± 1.91 and 5.39 ± 0.92 m / Group DC, CC was lower than that of control group, β, PWV was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion hypothyroidism decreased carotid artery elasticity, carotid artery function was impaired.
