冬天我最喜欢吃的菜是得莫利炖鱼,这道菜既鲜香又驱寒还富有营养。得莫利炖鱼是满族人发明的,它的原产地在离哈尔滨1 75公里的地方,有个以做鱼而出名的小村庄,这就是方正县伊汉通乡得莫利村(伊汉通为满族“老牛岛”的音译,“得莫利”为满语“渡口”的音译)。得莫利炖鱼是村里的特色菜肴,至今已有一百多年历史,由于这个村北靠松花江,在鱼多的时候,村里人经常用江里的水炖鱼吃。这里的村民主要靠打鱼来维持生计,因为村子位于哈尔滨到佳木斯的中间地段,村子旁边就是同三公路,所以很多人到这里都愿意歇歇
