相变微胶囊作为一种新型的储热介质,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。相变微胶囊自身存在的热导率过低、机械性能较差、过冷度较高、热稳定性差等问题限制了其在实际应用中的推广。添加纳米粒子改性相变微胶囊形成纳米粒子复合相变微胶囊可以有效的解决以上问题。结合实验科研成果,综述了国内外有关纳米粒子复合相变微胶囊的制备方法及性能研究,根据存在的问题提出了建议。
As a new type of heat storage medium, phase change microcapsules has aroused widespread attention of scholars at home and abroad. Phase transition microcapsules have their own low thermal conductivity, poor mechanical properties, high degree of undercooling and poor thermal stability, which limits its application in practical applications. Addition of nanoparticle-modified phase-change microcapsules to form nanoparticle composite phase-change microcapsules can effectively solve the above problems. Combined with the experimental research achievements, the preparation methods and properties of nano-particle composite phase change microcapsules at home and abroad are reviewed. Suggestions are put forward based on the existing problems.
