目前,我国香菇生产大多是在自然条件下栽培,与日本的控温控湿的设施栽培相比,存在着许多需要解决的问题。其中最突出的是杂菌污染率过高,经济效益差。如何减少或避免污染?多数栽培者是从灭菌、消毒、用料等方面去考虑。笔者根据多年的研究与实践,在严格按照操作规则的前提下,从调整生产播期和搭配不同温型菌株来探讨这个问题,效果显著。 (一)调整生产播种期 按香菇传统生产法,春、秋两季是出菇旺季,播期常安排在5~7月,秋季出菇,冬
