我们上海丰收拖拉机厂现有职工一千一百余人,承担“丰收—35”型拖拉机30％左右零件和整机总装的生产任务。在毛主席革命路线指引下和上级党委领导下,我们厂党委在批林整风中,对干部和群众进行思想和政治路线方面的教育,提高了广大职工的路线觉悟,激发了社会主义积极性。全厂加强计划管理,积极平衡生产,大搞技术改造,开展劳动竞赛,使拖拉机产量和质量
Our Shanghai Fengshou Tractor Factory employs more than 1,100 people and assumes the production task of about 30% of parts and complete assembly of the “Harvest-35” tractor. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line and under the leadership of the higher Party committee, our party’s party committees educated the cadres and the masses in the ideological and political line in the forestry and rectification movement, raised the awareness of the broad line of employees and inspired the enthusiasm of socialism. The whole plant strengthens program management, actively balances production, engages in technological transformation, and carries out labor competitions to increase the output and quality of tractors.
