研究了ZnO微晶在不同水热条件下的结晶习性和形貌。实验表明:在中性或弱碱性水热介质中形成的氧化锌晶粒呈长柱状,在强碱性溶液中和高的反应温度下形成的晶粒则呈短柱状和规则多面体颗粒状,而在适度碱性水热条件下,氧化锌晶粒呈明显的极性生长。水热条件对ZnO微晶的结晶习性和形貌有着很大的影响。从结晶化学角度出发,结合晶体结构、溶液结构和生长时的水热条件,探讨了氧化锌微晶结晶习性的形成,氧化锌晶粒具有明显的极性晶体生长特征;探讨了水热条件与晶粒形态之间的关系,并从这一关系出发在水热条件下制备了氧化锌超细微晶。
The crystal habit and morphology of ZnO crystallites under different hydrothermal conditions were studied. The experimental results show that the zinc oxide grains formed in neutral or weak alkaline hydrothermal medium have long columnar shape, and the grains formed in strong alkaline solution and under high reaction temperature have short columnar shape and regular polyhedral granular shape, In the moderate alkaline hydrothermal conditions, the zinc oxide crystal grains showed a significant polar growth. The hydrothermal conditions have a great influence on the crystal habit and morphology of ZnO crystallites. From the perspective of crystallization chemistry, the crystal habit, the structure of the solution and the hydrothermal conditions during the growth were studied. The formation of zinc oxide microcrystal was studied. The zinc oxide crystal grains had obvious polar crystal growth characteristics. The effects of hydrothermal conditions and Grain morphology, and from this relationship in the hydrothermal conditions prepared ultrafine zinc oxide.
