将1996—2011年中国工业部门36个子行业的能源消耗量作为研究对象,运用对数平均迪氏指数(LMDI)分解法将能源消耗增长量分解为规模效应、结构效应和技术效应三大效应。研究结果表明,规模效应是这一阶段我国能源消耗量增加的主要因素与我国所处的发展阶段及出口大国的状况符合;技术效应是降低能源消耗量的主导因素,贡献率为131.52%;结构效应对能源消耗量的下降发挥了一定的作用,这与采用行业细分的价格指数对36个子行业的增加值数据进行调整有关。最后,根据研究结果提出了相应的政策建议。
Taking the energy consumption of 36 sub-sectors in China’s industrial sector from 1996 to 2011 as the research object, the energy consumption growth is decomposed into three effects of scale effect, structure effect and technology effect by logarithmic average Deisspedes index (LMDI) decomposition method. The results show that the scale effect is the main factor of the increase of energy consumption in this stage in line with the stage of development in China and the status of exporting countries. The technical effect is the dominant factor in reducing energy consumption with a contribution rate of 131.52% The effect has contributed to the decline in energy consumption, which is related to the adjustment of value added data for 36 sub-sectors using the industry-fragmented price index. Finally, according to the research results, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
