三十烷醇是近年来农业生产上广泛试用的一种新型植物生长刺激素.据试验,在极低浓度(0.01—1.0PPm)时,就可以使作物增产.为了探讨三十烷醇对杉木的生长效应,1983─1984年,我们作了三十烷醇处理杉木种子和苗木试验.现将研究结果报道如下:一、试验方法(一)种子处理 1983年春先用0.1,0.3,0.618,1.0PPm四种浓度浸种12小时,后放入垫有多层吸水纸的培养皿中,置25℃恒温箱内发芽,以探讨发芽效果.1984年1月,又作浸种发芽重复试验,采用0.05,0.10,0.618,1.0,0.50PPm五种浓度处理,每处理分别浸泡6、9、l2、24小时四种时间.对照用蒸馏水浸种.置于29—30℃恒温条件下发芽.每处理三盘,每盘培养皿中用种200粒.供试种子试前经过人工初选,籽粒饱满、健壮.发芽指标测定,是根据国家杉木种子
Triacontanol is a new plant growth-stimulating hormone widely used in agricultural production in recent years.
