目的:分析急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系其临床意义。方法:将92例急性甲胺磷农药中毒患者按中毒严重程度分为轻中度中毒组54例和重度中毒组38例,选92例健康体检者作为对照组,探讨2组血药浓度与CD4+、CD95+、CD3+、CD3+/CD23+、CD8+、CD8+/CD28+、CD8+/CD28-的关系。结果:血药浓度重度中毒组明显高于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD4+、CD95+、CD3+、CD3+/CD23+、CD8+、CD8+/CD28-活性明显低于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而CD8+/CD28+明显高于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度越高,中毒程度愈重,细胞免疫受损越严重。
Objective: To analyze the clinical significance of early plasma concentration of acute methamidophos pesticide poisoning in relation to T lymphocyte subsets. Methods: 92 patients with acute methamidophos pesticide poisoning were divided into mild to moderate poisoning group according to the severity of poisoning and 38 cases of severe poisoning group, 92 healthy volunteers were selected as control group to explore the two groups of plasma concentrations and CD4 + , CD95 +, CD3 +, CD3 + / CD23 +, CD8 +, CD8 + / CD28 +, CD8 + / CD28-. Results: Serum concentration of severe poisoning group was significantly higher than that of mild to moderate poisoning group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). CD8 + / CD28 +, CD8 + / CD28-, and CD8 + / CD28 + were significantly lower than those in mild to moderate poisoning group (P <0.01) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The higher the plasma concentration of acute methamidophos pesticide poisoning, the more the degree of poisoning, the more severe the cellular immune damage.
