城市是我国经济、政治、文化、社会等方面活动的中心,在党和国家工作全局中具有举足轻重的地位。加强城市规划建设管理工作,不断开创城市发展新局面,对深化供给侧结构性改革、推动新型城镇化和全面建成小康社会都具有重要的现实意义。各级住房城乡建设部门将全面贯彻落实中央有关城市发展的各项重大决策部署,牢固树立五大发展理念,突出重点、突破难点、以点带面,从十个方面,推动城市规划建设管理再上新台阶。
The city is the center of China’s economic, political, cultural and social activities and plays a decisive role in the overall work of the party and the state. Strengthening urban planning, construction and management, and constantly creating a new situation in urban development have important practical significance in deepening the supply-side structural reforms, promoting new-type urbanization and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The urban and rural construction departments at all levels of housing will fully implement the major policy decisions and arrangements of the central authorities on urban development, firmly establish the five development concepts, highlight key points and break through the difficulties in a bidirectional manner and push the urban planning and construction management to a new level from ten aspects.
