党的先进性建设是马克思主义政党的根本性建设。其长效机制的构建主要从四个方面:一、提升党员素质的学习机制;二、扩大党内民主的保障机制;三、密切联系群众的服务机制;四、加强基层党建督导机制。
The Advanced Construction of the Party is the Fundamental Construction of a Marxist Political Party. The long-term mechanism of its construction mainly from four aspects: First, to enhance the quality of party members learning mechanism; Second, to expand the guarantee mechanism for democracy within the party; Third, to closely contact the service mechanism of the masses; Fourth, strengthen the supervision mechanism at the grassroots level.
