用Rhodam ine-B染料与水配成1 g/L的示踪溶液代替农药在水稻田喷雾,借助于荧光分光光度计计算雾滴在水稻某一区域的沉积量.结果表明:在按距离地面40 cm以上和20~40、5~20 cm对水稻分层时,雾滴沉积分布与各层水稻植株干物质质量成正比,在水稻植株采样质量分别为首层7.325~147.770 g、中层8.767~287.933 g、底层13.630~571.348 g时,获得的雾滴沉积与对应的水稻植株干物质质量的比例系数分别为0.187、0.066、0.016.利用DGPS技术和G IS软件绘制出了试验稻田的雾滴沉积分布总图及不同层间的雾滴沉积分布图.
