本文通过试验,分析了结构钢熔模铸件产生冰糖断口的原因及冰糖断口对钢的机械性能的影响。提出熔模铸钢件中加铝量不宜超过O.05~O.07%;当铸件从高温冷却到1000~800℃范围时,脆性相的析出量最大,因此,在此温度范围内,铸件应快速冷却,当冰糖组织面积不超过30%时,冰糖断口对钢的性能影响不显著,使用安全可靠。
In this paper, the causes of the fracture of rock sugar produced by investment casting of structural steel and the influence of the fracture of rock sugar on the mechanical properties of steel are analyzed.
